WEDDING PACKAGES

 

Package 1 - $850*

This is considered a DAY OF package.  I will arrive the morning of the wedding to assist with all things necessary to make your day flow smoothly with no stress.  I will facilitate your day based on your time line through your send-off.   

 

Package 2 - $1000* 

This package is the service for you if you intend to design your own event and book your own vendors. I attend and facilitate the rehearsal and arrive the day of, 3 hours prior to the ceremony, to direct the day from ceremony through send-off. 

 

Package 3 - $1200*

This is a great fit for couples who want to handle most of the planning themselves but need a coordinator to finalize details and ensure their wedding day is stress free. This package lets you design your event and book your vendors. I will help create a logical timeline, serve as the vendor point of contact on the day, and attend and facilitate the rehearsal and the full “day-of” through send-off.  This package INCLUDES decorating the day of, if needed.

 

Package 4 - FULL SERVICE- $1550*

This service is for you if you want a pro to handle your wedding design, find the right vendors, coordinate logistics, and execute the plans. I will be available ALL DAY on the day before to decorate the ceremony and reception. I attend and facilitate the rehearsal, arrive early on the day to finish decorating, serve as the vendor point of contact, and help keep everything on track through send-off.

 

*If you need set up & tear down (tables, chairs, linens) for ceremony and/or reception, additional $300 to any package.

*If ceremony and reception are at two DIFFERENT locations, an additional $250 will be added to the package for extra assistance with preparation and travel between the two.

 

*If travel to the venue is more than 100 miles round trip, an extra $75 per day traveled, will be added to the package.   Any venue over 200 miles round trip, could require overnight accommodations.   If hotel accommodations are required, that expense will be added.

 

$250 deposit due to secure date.  Deposit is non-refundable if cancelled but will apply toward the package you select.  50% of balance is due 60 days prior to event.  Any remaining balance is due on day of event.

PHOTO BOOTH RENTAL**

        $200 for 90 minutes

        $150 per hour (2 hour minimum)
