WEDDING PACKAGES

 

Effective June 1, 2026...

 

These rates will apply to any wedding booked after June 1, 2026.

 

Package 1 - $750

This *Day-Of Coordination* package ensures that your wedding day unfolds seamlessly. I will arrive on the morning of your event to manage the timeline and oversee every detail, allowing you to enjoy your special day without stress. For an additional $100, I can also include a rehearsal the night before.

 

Package 2 - $1500*

 

This package is ideal for couples who wish to take the lead in planning their wedding but need a professional's touch to handle the final details. You will design your event and book your vendors while I collaborate with your photographer to create a smooth timeline. I will oversee the setup and manage all details. Additionally, I’ll be available the day before to assist with decorating the ceremony and reception and to guide the rehearsal. On your wedding day, I’ll be there from start to finish, acting as the main point of contact for your vendors and ensuring everything flows effortlessly until your send-off.

 

Package 3 - FULL SERVICE - $1800

This comprehensive service is perfect for those seeking a professional to manage every detail of their wedding. From vendor recommendations, negotiations, and bookings to decor design and implementation, I will coordinate logistics and ensure flawless execution. I will dedicate the entire day before your wedding to decorating both the ceremony and reception spaces, facilitate the rehearsal, and on the big day, arrive early to finalize the setup. I will serve as the main point of contact for vendors, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish — right through to your send-off.

 

*If your venue rental does not include setup and teardown of tables and chairs for your ceremony and/or reception, these services can be provided for an additional $300 added to any package.

*If travel to the venue exceeds 100 miles round trip, a "per mile" fee will be incurred and added to the package. This amount will be disclosed prior to signing the contract. For venues over 200 miles round trip, overnight accommodations will be required, and that expense will also be added.

 

A $250 deposit is required to secure your date. This deposit is non-refundable if canceled but will be applied toward the package you select. 50% of the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the event, with the final balance due on the day of the event.

 

PARTIES AND SHOWERS

        $25 per hour for set up and tear down PLUS the cost of rentals and decor.

 

PHOTO BOOTH RENTAL**

        $200 for 90 minutes

        $150 per hour (2 hour minimum)
